First Baptist Church of Castaic is a ministry of the dynamic and growing Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster CA pastored by Dr. Paul Chappell. Each Sunday morning service, ministry team members of Lancaster Baptist Church conduct the services at First Baptist. The services are refreshing and engaging. Singing, special music and announcements are live from this ministry team.

Preaching by Video?

The preaching portion of the Sunday morning services are presented by way of video projection, featuring the preaching of Pastor Paul Chappell. At first this may seem unconventional, but being a part of the worship services, and gathering around the helpful and challenging Bible messages of Pastor Chappell with the friendly people of First Baptist, is actually an engaging and powerful experience.

For the Sunday evening serves and the Tuesday night Bible studies, the Bible messages are live from members of the First Baptist ministry team. All of the messages will encourage your heart and help you to build a meaningful relationship with God.

Is it personal?

You may wonder if a ministry format like this can feel personal, and the answer is a definite yes! Though the preaching is through video, it is powerful and life-changing. Before, during and after the services there is also a ministry team in place to pray with, counsel, and meet personal needs.
